Enrollment
The following documents will be required to properly enroll all students:
- Social Security card (optional) or number
- Birth Certificate/Baptismal Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Verifiable apartment lease with student as an occupant or Deed of Trust with utility bills
- Report card/Test scores (current) from last school attended
- Parent or legal guardian proof of identification
Please help us by providing all necessary documents to properly enroll your child(ren).
